Nippon Thermoener Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes the importance of proper protection of personal information and is committed to protecting personal information handled in the course of business by implementing the following measures.

The Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.

2. Information Management

The Company will clarify the rules and regulations for handling personal information and ensure that all employees are familiar with them. In addition, the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over contractors and other parties entrusted by the Company to handle personal information provided by the Company.

3. Collection and Notification of Information

When the Company collects personal information, the Company will notify the individual or publicly announce the purpose of use and handle the personal information within the scope of the purpose of use. If an individual requests disclosure, correction, amendment, deletion or suspension of the use of his/her personal information in the Company’s possession, the Company will respond to such request within a reasonable scope and time frame.

4. Security Measures

The Company will endeavor to take reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, alteration or unauthorized outside access to personal information in the Company’s possession.

The Company will continually review and improve this Privacy Policy and the Company’s internal procedures.
